Welcome to our home !
This idea of a mountain apartment germinated in the middle of the COVID period, when we were all confined and looking for an escape at all costs.
Being lovers of wide open spaces and unspoiled nature to explore whatever the season, our choice naturally fell on a region that we knew somewhat, namely the French Alps.
We prospected remotely and even had the opportunity to make a few virtual visits by tablet, thanks to very inventive real estate agencies.
We finally opted for a rather quiet little corner of paradise, away from the big resorts and snow factories. The Val d’Arly, which we admit to having never visited before.
We wanted a village where people live all year round, offering diversified activities in both winter and summer.
The average altitude and the particular location, close to Mont Blanc, guarantee quality snow for snow sports and pleasant refreshment in summer during outdoor activities.
In our selection criteria, we added a quality construction with a sustainable energy balance, the possibility of not having to use a vehicle on site and a view, let’s say breathtaking.
It is no coincidence that the team of the successful film ‘Intouchables’, filmed in May 2011, selected Mont Bisanne for the legendary scene with the paragliders.
It is also an ideal playground for children, since the resort has received the ‘famille plus‘ label, a guarantee of quality in terms of reception, entertainment, well-being for children and relaxation for parents.
